Get structured data from your documents

Extract important information from documents and turn it into structured, usable data.

Filently should be able to recognize relevant information inside a document and make it available as structured fields. For example, from an invoice, Filently could identify the invoice number, date, issuer, recipient, amount and due date. From a contract, it could extract things like contracting parties, start date, end date and contract type.

The extracted data can then be used by users for different purposes, such as accounting, reporting, analysis, data exports, record keeping or other workflows.

Examples:

  • Invoice → Invoice number, date, company, amount, VAT, due date

  • Receipt → Date, merchant, amount, category

  • Contract → Parties, contract type, start/end date

  • Offer → Customer, date, amount, offer number

  • Property document → Address, property type, document type

Goal
Turn the information contained in documents into structured data that users can use beyond simply organizing their files.
